CSU-Global is committed to accepting as much of your completed transfer credit as possible.
As the first independently accredited public university created to provide 100% online degree programs, CSU-Global makes it easier for you to complete your degree. With a flexible schedule and online format, you can study and attend classes from anywhere with an internet connection. You can accomplish your education goals while balancing the demands of work, school, and family life.
We’re committed to accepting as much of your completed transfer credit as possible in order to jump start your progress toward a bachelor’s degree from CSU-Global. Take advantage of the work you've already done, and transfer up to 90 credits towards your bachelor's degree program. See our Academic Catalog for more information on how your credits will transfer.
CSU-Global may accept credit that you've earned at non-U.S. institutions, if your coursework is consistent in level and content with courses offered at regionally accredited U.S. institutions.
Your transcripts must be reviewed by an approved evaluation service in order to be considered for transfer. Approved evaluation services are listed at naces.org. Transcripts evaluated by AACRAO (aacrao.org) are also accepted.
Community College Transfer
If you've completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.), Associate of Science (A.S.), or an Associate of Applied Science degree (A.A.S.) from a regionally accredited community college, and you're in good standing with that institution, you are guaranteed admission to CSU-Global. Even better, we'll accept up to 64 credit hours of junior, community, or career college transfer credit to get you started on your CSU-Global degree. Click below to learn more.
Outside Credit Sources
To maximize the number of transfer credits you can use towards your degree, CSU-Global accepts credits from alternative sources, including credit by exam, credit for military service, and non-collegiate trainings and certifications. Click below to find out about all of the possibilities.
First Time Freshman
CSU-Global recently received state approval to accept students with little to no college credit. To help ensure student success, the university has created a program especially for these students who plan on starting their college experience for the first time with us.
