In this course, evolving leaders will analyze the roles of senior leader in decision making and strategy development. In this course learners will consider how decisions are applied in organizational settings. Practical problem-solving and decision-making skills will also be practiced throughout the course.

ORG690 - Organizational Leadership Capstone
Course Description
In this course, evolving leaders integrate their learning from the core courses in the MSLOD and apply it to create a strategic leadership plan for their organization. Students demonstrate skills needed to be effective leaders in today’s global environment through the course activities that cover topics chosen to develop four main competencies needed by organizational leaders: leadership, organizational knowledge, relationship-building, and self-awareness. The course activities are synthesized for evolving leaders to build their strategic leadership plan.
