CSU Global Chief Engagement Officer Earns Spot on Women We Admire’s 2025 Top 50 Women Leaders in Colorado List

Women We Admire celebrates Colorado’s diverse business community, tourism and outdoor recreation, and other leading industries in the state including education, bioscience, manufacturing, electronics, finance, agriculture, and healthcare by showcasing this year’s list of awardees.

As Chief Engagement Officer, Dr. Jones oversees all engagement efforts at the University through her leadership and synergistic integration of the admissions, enrollment, partnerships, marketing, and communications departments. She leads CSU Global’s strategic plan objective-achievement by enhancing the overall student enrollment experience; fostering strategic partnerships with community organizations, nonprofits, corporations, government agencies, and industry associations; and exploring innovative approaches with new programs to help students achieve their personal, professional, and academic goals.

Dr. Jones has been with CSU Global for four years. After joining in 2020 as the Director of Communications and External Relations, she advanced to the Vice President of Strategic Engagement in 2022 and Chief Engagement Officer in 2024. During her leadership, the University experienced an annual 32% increase in enrollment and onboarded 52 new enterprise partners spanning regional to national organizations in the past year including Denver International Airport, Cox Media, Blue Credit Union, AmeriCorps, and USA Surfing.
