Wherever you are in your education journey, CSU Global is here to help through our employer and organizational partnerships. Together, we are committed to providing excellent education, job placement resources, robust student support services, and continuous improvements to the student experience.

Effective for the September 2022 term start (Fall C) and after, CSU Global is pleased to expand the partnership benefits with EdAssist / Bright Horizons to employees whose organizations receive tuition benefits from EdAssist / Bright Horizons, as well as to the employees' immediate family members (spouse or dependent child).

In addition to charging no application fee (use Waiver Code EDASSISTORG) and no other fees at all (that's right! No online learning fee, no technology fee, no library fee--none!), the discounted tuition rate for all eligible participants (employees and immediate family members) are:

  • just $335 per credit for all undergraduate degrees and certificates*, and
  • just a rate of $475 per credit for all graduate degrees and certificates*.

* Please note that a discounted rate is not available for non-degree seeking coursework (e.g., CSU Global Direct courses or other NDS classes).

Thanks to our Tuition Guarantee, any student benefiting from this partnership can retain their per-credit tuition rate, even if our rates increase in the future, provided they remain an active student in good standing.  Please note that these special discounted tuition rates are not available retroactively. They may only be applied to students' future terms.

Participant eligibility is established by students' employers. Please check with your employer and/or Bright Horizons / EdAssist to confirm your own eligibility.  To take advantage of partnership benefits, it is extremely important that:

  1. When you apply to CSU Global:
    1. Use your work / employer-provided email address, as this is what EdAssist provides to CSU Global to help identify students eligible for benefits; and
    2. Enter the Partnership Referral Code EDASSISTORG where prompted.
  2. Applicants complete the EdAssist application for course approval.
    • Ensure you list your CSU Global Student ID on your EdAssist application, and please check for accuracy!
  3. All students seeking a discounted rate shall submit their personal EdAssist Verification Letter to CSU Global after admittance. This letter can be downloaded directly from your employer-specific EdAssist Portal and then uploaded into the CSU Global Student Portal "My Documents" center.
  4. If you do not have access to that Verification letter, you may also submit a Letter of Credit Form, if your specific employer provides one.
    • This form must include (1) your name; (2) show both your employer's name or logo and either EdAssist or Bright Horizons' name or logo; and (3) have an issue date &/or enrollment period that is current or imminent (i.e., not expired).
    • Please note if using the Letter of Credit Form as documentation for a discounted tuition rate, you must upload it twice: once as documentation for the discounted tuition rate, and once to request invoicing of your employer.

Please note that previous partnership rates will no longer be in effect for any new students applying after August 31, 2022. Students who have already applied to the University but are in the admissions process or have delayed their start date will have the former tuition rate applied through the December 2022 term start (Winter B). After that time, expanded partnership benefits and new rates will be in effect for all participants.
