Earn an Accredited M.S. in Leadership and Organizational Development

CSU Global’s 30-credit Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development uses immersive, role-based learning to help you build thriving organizations, foster positive cultures, and develop strategies for leading teams and driving meaningful change.

Students will graduate with a full organizational plan consisting of documents and policies created over the program, along with a professional presentation, both of which can be shared with current or future employers.

This program is open to people from all backgrounds who are interested in moving up in their current jobs, stepping into senior leadership roles, switching careers, or building leadership skills.
