The intent of general education courses is to offer students new learning opportunities and to foster untapped interests in addition to meeting state standards.
The General Education Program at CSU-Global provides undergraduate students with the necessary curriculum for state general education requirements in writing and communications, mathematics, arts and humanities, history, social and behavioral sciences, and natural and physical sciences. Coursework offers a robust introduction to a variety of disciplines in order to accentuate the more specific coursework in each student's degree program.
This program provides a well-rounded, collegiate educational experience that encourages scholarship and research, personalized assessments, and an integrated approach to instruction that draws on several subjects.
