Survey reveals over 92% of CSU Global graduates are employed post-graduation, among other findings.

AURORA, CO – July 29, 2024 – Colorado State University Global (CSU Global), the CSU System’s fully online university, is proud to share the positive impacts of its programs on students’ professional success.

To measure students’ return on investing in an education with CSU Global, the university recently conducted a survey to gather salary and employment information from students who completed its programs. Conducted through a third-party company, the survey measured program-completers’ return on investment, and 1,255 responses were received. The university received an overall 81.3% response rate for all programs with at least 35 or more responses, and 87.2% of those responses provided income information.

Among the self-reported responses of the survey:

• CSU Global alumni reported employment at over 92% from graduate degree programs; 94% from graduate certificate programs; over 91% from undergraduate degree programs; and nearly 86% from undergraduate certificate programs.
• Over 73% of graduate and undergraduate degree holders are employed within their program’s field, and nearly 75% of graduate certificate holders have held a position in the industry of their CSU Global program.
• Undergraduate program-completers reported a significant increase in their median income post-degree completion, around a $40,000 median income increase from prior income.
• Graduate program-completers reported a significant increase in their median income post program completion, around $32,500 median income increase from prior income. Income prior to program completion was compared to current income of respondents either one year or five years post-graduation.
