The Leadership Fundamentals certificates are a 27-credit option that begins with three foundational courses. These initial courses are designed to set you up for academic success, help you identify your strengths and interests, guide you in selecting the right career path, and equip you with solid leadership and professional communication skills.

The Leadership Fundamentals curriculum adopts a cross-disciplinary approach to provide students with the essential skills, knowledge, and abilities to support their academic and career success. This program covers career opportunities in business management, computer science, information technology, marketing, project management, management information systems, healthcare administration, and other business-related fields.
