The CSU Global Commitment

CSU Global provides a transparent way for employees, students, and constituents of to report issues, in good faith, regarding compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

This Reporting Hotline allows anyone to report issues anonymously if they wish to do so. The issues reported will be reviewed by the appropriate officials to determine if further investigation and actions are warranted.

What is Reportable?

The Reporting and Compliance Hotline may be used to report the following types of issues:

  • Conflicts of interest or fiscal misconduct by CSU Global or employees
  • Violations of federal or state law or regulations
  • Serious or recurring violations of CSU Global Policy, in the performance of official duties
  • Serious or recurring abuse of official authority or unprofessional behavior
  • Improper admissions counseling, advising, admission denial, or denial of financial aid

CSU Global has many channels for student concerns that can quickly be routed to the correct department for faster service. Please use the Feedback Form or see the Student Portal for any academic or university complaints.

The following are examples of issues that are not appropriate for reporting through this webpage:

  • Course/teaching evaluations
  • Employee evaluations
  • Immediate threats to persons or property (please contact the police immediately)
  • Personal opinions of faculty or staff
  • Salary administration
  • Any in-progress crime, and any crimes against persons such as assault, threats, etc. These should be reported to the local or campus Police immediately by dialing 911.

How Can I Report a Possible Violation?

Use the form below to report a possible violation. Please be specific in your report, including the names of the institution and employees involved, dates of occurrences, and law or policy in question.

What About Protection From Retaliation?

If you are an employee of the State of Colorado, including its institutions of higher education, you have protections under Title 24, Article 50.5 of the Colorado Revised Statutes against disciplinary action or any retaliation for good faith reporting of fraud, waste, and abuse. In some circumstances, federal law also provides such protections.

Can I Make a Report Anonymously? 

Yes, you may choose to make your report anonymously. CSU Global will make every attempt to maintain confidentiality within the confines of the law. We ask that if you choose to file anonymously you provide as much detailed information as possible for our review, as we will be unable to contact you to request further information.

What Happens If I Submit a Report?

Once a report is submitted, it is promptly reviewed (normally within one business day) to determine what further steps should be taken. The scope of the review and which official(s) will be involved will depend on the facts and nature of the case. Each report will be handled with the utmost care and in a timely manner. If you provided contact information, you may be contacted for additional information. You will be notified about the outcome at the conclusion of the review process.
