Develop and Spotlight Your Professional Skills with Degree Optimizations

CSU-Global is committed to providing students with career-relevant resources to help them succeed outside of the classroom. That's why we created Awards of Completion and Skills Endorsements, specific to our programs of study, which spotlight the knowledge, workplace skills, and abilities that hiring managers find essential to success in the field.

Every time you complete a series of courses that promote your understanding in a particular skill set, you'll earn an Award of Completion in that area. Each award is comprised of three to five courses whose outcomes, when tied together, lead to a specifically identified workplace skill.

You can add your Awards of Completion and related Skills Endorsements to your resume, your LinkedIn profile, your interview responses, and anywhere else you are discussing your professional capabilities. You will also receive a digital certificate of your achievement, suitable for printing and framing.

We know that the journey towards your degree is often long, but as you progress toward graduation you can be taking advantage of the knowledge, skills, and aptitudes you're honing and refining along the way.

Select a degree program below to view the Awards of Completion and Skills Endorsements, organized by class, which you can earn on your way to graduation. (To view Degree Optimization for our graduate programs, click here.)

General Education

In addition to career relevant, program-specific Awards of Completion, we also offer soft Skills Endorsements within the General Education requirements. These soft skills are the abilities that employers across all industries indicate as vital to workplace success.
