The business leaders of tomorrow are those managers who encourage innovation and move with the ups and downs of the global business environment. Will you be one of them?

Nothing stays the same for long in today’s global business world, and for those who know how to plan for and manage change, that’s a very good thing. Prepare yourself to lead your organization as it grows.

This program will give you an in-depth understanding of effective organizational operations and supervision in dynamic business environments. You’ll learn how to identify opportunities for positive change, encourage innovation, create and implement strategic plans for growth, and effectively manage staff as your company evolves.

This program consists of four graduate online accounting courses for a total of 12 credit hours.

  • MGT571: Strategic Product Innovation

    This practical and applied course introduces students to fundamental and advanced aspects of product development. The course addresses the challenges of idea development and evaluation for commercial feasibility, building a business case, and design/development of products and services, as well as the requirements and demands of commercialization.

  • ORG515: Dynamics of Power in Organizations

    Focus on the influence of power in the organization. Examine the role of leadership and human behavior related to power issues encountered in organizations. Consider the positive and negative outcomes of the influence of power as a leader, manager, and team member.

  • HRM520: Managing Performance for Results

    Understand the design and execution of successful management and processes. Examine utilization and outcomes of performance appraisals, compensation, and training effectiveness.

  • ORG521: Managing Dynamic Environments

    In this course, students will examine the factors and theories of effective change management. Students learn strategies, structures, and techniques for facilitating organizational change for competitive success in today's dynamic business, government, global, and nonprofit environments.

Human Resource Management majors will take ORG561 in place of HRM520.

You have two options for completing your online strategic innovation and change management program:
