On August 10, Dr. Becky gave the opening presentation at the Business-Higher Education Forum’s Workforce Development Event, which included Colorado Succeeds and the Colorado Workforce Development Council. In her presentation, she said, “Bridging higher education and industry works. We know, through third-party salary data, that five years out, our bachelor’s degree graduates are earning an average of $79,000 a year, against the national average of $59,000.” She added that CSU-Global master’s degree graduates average $93,000, compared to the national average of $69,000 - roughly 25 percent more.
