CSU-Global’s senior vice president of marketing, Lauren Burns, will participate in a strategic concurrent session with other industry experts and give a talk on data-driven frameworks at the University Professional and Continuing Education Association (UPCEA) Annual Meeting in March.
Burns’ concurrent session, entitled “Framework for International Online Education: Criteria and Recommendations,” will establish the key criteria for developing a framework for international online education. She will also address the importance of setting institutional goals and priorities, establishing thorough policies and procedures, and building a technology infrastructure to address these issues.
Additionally, Burns will give a talk entitled, “In Pursuit of Excellence: Beyond Peer Data.” She will share CSU-Global’s data-driven frameworks and philosophies, and discuss how they have guided innovation to provide results that exceed national norms.
The UPCEA Annual Conference is the most significant assembly of thought leaders and practitioners today in the field of professional, continuing, and online education, according to UPCEA. The conference is held in Chicago, Illinois, March 22-24, 2017.
