CSU-Global Campus prides itself on being affordable and flexible for its students. One way we accomplish this is through our variety of tuition payment plans. As a student, you have the option to update or change your payment preference at any time. All college tuition payment due dates and records are accessible via your Student Portal. With CSU-Global’s Tuition Guarantee, you can better prepare for term tuition payments because your tuition costs will stay the same as long as you are enrollment in your undergraduate degree completion or graduate degree program. Students who receive Federal financial aid do not need to select a payment plan as their tuition will be paid directly to the school.
If you have billing or student account questions, please contact 800.462.7845 or email StudentAccounts@CSUGlobal.edu.
This option is best for students who are well established in their degree programs and have available resources to pay for their courses each term. Payment is due in full by the add/drop date of the current term (usually the Sunday following the first day of class) for all classes you are enrolled in. Payments can be made in-person, by mail, or electronically through the student portal and students can see the payment policies for more information about how to make payments. If you do not have resources available to make full payments each term, CSU-Global suggests you explore financial aid options. Gift aid in the form of grants may be available and education based loans usually have lower interest rates than credit cards.
This payment plan offers more flexibility and allows students to break up their tuition costs into two equal payments. The first payment is due by the add/drop date of the current term (usually the Sunday following the first day of class) for all classes you are enrolled in. The second half of your tuition is due 30 days into the term. Payment dates and amounts are located in the "My Finances" tab within the Student Portal. Payments can be made in-person, by mail, or electronically through the student portal and students can see the payment policies for more information about how to make payments. For information on specific terms and conditions of the plan, including fees, contact the Student Financial Services Office at 800.462.7845 or email StudentAccounts@CSUGlobal.edu.
Students planning to have their tuition and other charges paid by a third party, such as a non-profit organization or other entity, must complete a Third Party Agreement, available from your advisor. The agreement must be signed by the student and the sponsor, and submitted to Student Accounts by the first day of class for each semester. The Third Party Sponsor will be billed directly for allowable charges but if the complete balance is not paid by the sponsor within 14 days of course completion, the student is liable for any remaining balance. Employer Tuition Reimbursement is not considered third party billing and has its own policies.
