1. Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Students may apply online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. You will need to provide the correct CSU-Global Campus school code to ensure we receive you FAFSA results. Please use the appropriate code for your degree program:
CSU-Global Campus Bachelor’s Degree students, use code 001365
CSU-Global Campus Master’s Degree students, use code 001350
2. Once the FAFSA has been processed, students will receive a Federal Student Aid Report from the U.S. Department of Education, which will also be electronically submitted to all the schools listed on the FAFSA.
3. Students whose data has been selected for verification will be required to submit a verification form, a signed copy of their Federal income tax return(s), and any other documents requested by the Student Financial Services department prior to being awarded.
4. Once all required information is received, eligible students will receive a Financial Aid Package Notification.
To be eligible for federal financial aid, students must meet all of the following requirements:

Citizen: Be a citizen of the United States or an eligible noncitizen

Selective Service: Be registered for the selective service, if required to do so

High School Diploma or GED: Have a high school diploma or GED, or have successfully completed an Ability to Benefit Test

Degree-Seeking: Be enrolled as a degree-seeking student

Not Owe Refund: Not owe a refund on any federal grant, be in default on a federal student loan, or have borrowed in excess of the loan limits under the Title IV programs at any institution

Academic Good Standing: Maintain good academic standing in your program and make satisfactory progress toward the degree sought (see Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy for more information)

Enrollment: Be enrolled at least half-time; undergraduates at least 6 credits half-time, 12 credits full-time; graduate students 3 credits half-time, 6 credits is full-time. All credit hour requirements are on a per semester basis
Applications for Federal Financial Aid must be completed and processed by CSU-Global Campus ten (10) days prior to the start of each term. Deadlines for the upcoming 2011-2012 schedule are as follows:
