Employer Reimbursement

As a benefit to their employees, many companies offer tuition reimbursement. This is a way for corporations to keep their workforce well-educated and knowledgeable, as well as a way for you to increase your marketability and earning potential without having to pay for it entirely on your own. Most employers highly regard the initiative of their employees who seek an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited university in a field relevant to their job position. Employers also prefer the convenience of a 100% online university like CSU-Global because it doesn’t require rearranging your work schedule in order to take classes.

Your supervisor or company Human Resources Department will be able to explain the details and terms of their specific tuition reimbursement program.  If you qualify for your employer's tuition deferment program AND your employer reimburses at least 50 percent of your tuition costs, CSU-Global will defer tuition billing for eligible students until 30 days after the end of each term.

When employers offer program cost assistance and agree to a billing arrangement, CSU-Global Campus will directly bill your employer. You will be asked to provide your employer's billing information if this payment option is used. You must be registered for classes before tuition deferment can be submitted to our billing department. The deferment option must be submitted and approved by Day 8 of your first term and resubmitted annually.
