We have designed our services to help you reach and achieve the ultimate goal: graduation.
The Manager of Academic Success and the Student Advisors coordinate programs and activities that are designed to promote your academic and personal success at CSU-Global, such as tutoring services, online learning resources, academic support, course overload requests, and coordination of services for students with disabilities. Students should always work first and foremost with his/her Instructor and Advisor, but if further assistance or guidance is required, the Manager is the main point of contact to receive, respond to, and facilitate the resolution of student issues, conduct matters, concerns, formal complaints, and formal appeals in accordance with established processes.
The Office of the Registrar maintains the official academic record of students and alumni. The Registrar's primary responsibilities are to ensure your specific educational needs are met–quickly, accurately, and with your best interests in mind. All grades, program transfers, course scheduling, degree certification, transfer evaluations, and graduation applications are processed and reviewed by the Registrar as well as all CSU-Global official transcript requests.
The CSU-Global Library is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art information services to students. The Library provides online support for all our academic programs with access to online journal article databases and resources, government information, general reference material, and several e-book databases. Tutorials are available to help find resources for assignments and library services. Library questions should be directed to the CSU-Global Online Librarian by email at Library@CSUGlobal.edu. Registered students can access all library resources and services 24/7 by clicking on the by clicking on the Library tab located in Blackboard.
They can also conduct small group work through video/voice/text chat rooms and work collaboratively in the Live Classroom with whiteboarding and desktop sharing features. An online gradebook allows students to check how they are doing at any time during the course and the assignment dropbox allows students to hand in assignments electronically from anywhere in the world. No matter where you are, you are always connected to your course, instructor, and fellow students.
CSU-Global provides students with a 24/7 online tutoring service. You can connect with a live tutor who specializes in your subject matter. You can also submit a paper to the online writing center for review. To use this service, simply click on the Tutoring tab from within a course.
CSU-Global provides a 24/7 technical support service for the learning platform. It offers support with a searchable Knowledge Base, FAQs, 24/7 phone support, 24/7 real-time chat, and ability to submit a ticket for issues and support.
Students who have been admitted to CSU-Global Campus may request reasonable academic accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 in accordance with Colorado State University policies. If you would like to request reasonable accommodation, you may self-identify to the Dean of Academic Affairs or their designee, who will assign a Disability Resource Coordinator to work with you one-on-one to collect the required documentation, review your documentation, and determine the appropriate accommodation.
