CSU-Global Campus students now have the option to earn a Colorado Teaching License (elementary K-6; secondary 7-12, K-12, or special education ages 5-21). Eighteen credits of the WS teacher licensure program will be articulated into the CSU-Global Campus M.S. in Teaching and Learning degree.
Through this articulation program, students will enroll in both the CSU-Global Campus M.S. in Teaching and Learning degree and the Western State College of Colorado Teacher Education programs. By earning your 100% online master’s degree in education along with the licenses to teach elementary or secondary education in Colorado, you gain the advanced knowledge, theory, and skills to excel in today’s classrooms and educational systems. Both universities are regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
Students who wish to earn both a M.S. in Teaching & Learning degree and complete a teacher licensure program must enroll in BOTH CSU-Global Campus and Western State. See the CSU-Global streamlined admissions process for information on how to apply for the master’s degree program and the Western State admissions to apply for the licensure program.
