MGT516 Effective Labor Management: Analyze the collective bargaining process and the impact of public policy on industrial relations. Understand the administrative functions of human resource management and the field of labor relations.
MGT570 Managing Human Resources: Analyze the implications of the recruitment, staffing, evaluation and development of employees in the strategic management of a high performance workforce.
